Rare 65 Key Marenghi Dance Organ

This unique instrument features many ranks of pipes and nine registers for wonderful musical enjoyment. It is mellow and tuneful in quality which can easily be enjoyed in your home. The organ has a history in the United States and may have been imported before World War II based on an American B.A.B book from the late 1930's. Its scale is comparable to 65 Gavioli - although with many more registers.

Identification of "Marenghi" is based on the pipework in the organ and action which matches other instruments built by the firm. This is the "64-Key Unknown Organ Scale" on page 599 of Treasures Of Mechanical Music.

The organ is currently undergoing restoration and is being offered either as is or rebuilt.
